<aside> 💬 At times, you may need to cleanly wipe an entire conversation with a single Contact. Perhaps you are reassigning this Contact to a new User (team member) or simply just want to keep things clean.

Please note that this only applies to what is in the system. All emails and text messages sent to the Contact is still viewable to them on their email/SMS software and devices.

Step 1:

Go to the INBOX section

Step 2:

Select the “All” tab to view all past messages

Note: You can only see messages with Contacts that your profile is allowed access to. If you can’t find a certain contact, be sure to do this while logged into a profile with Admin-level access.

Step 3:

Type the Name of the Contact into the Search bar to find the conversation.

Step 4:

With the right conversation selected, click the “🗑️” button on the top right of the conversation window.

This is the confirmation that comes up next. Click OK to process the deletion.

Doing this will only delete the Conversation and leave an empty history.
