No. Texting will be a feature that is already integrated into LeadStrive. You will be prompted to add a payment method for the messaging billing which is separate from your monthly subscription of LeadStrive.

This is treated separately because texting is account-dependent and based on individual usage.

You can manage this usage billing by going through Settings > Company Billing.
