Step 2:

By Default, these columns are meant to match to Custom Fields that already exist on your LeadStrive account.

If you need to have more columns in your upload, be sure to create those Custom Fields (Settings > Custom Fields) before uploading. Without existing Custom Fields, you won’t be able to select where to match the data from those columns.

<aside> 📖 TECHNICAL RULES within LeadStrive for bulk uploads:

• Contacts are identified and linked by Email or Phone.
• CSV file format preferred
• Uploading a contact with an existing Email address on your LeadStrive account, then uploading the same contact again (perhaps from a different list) with the same email would result in an update of any other contact fields that differ from the first time. </aside>
